Interview
I had a very pleasant and human hiring process. It started with a phone call with Emilie (Talent Acquisition Specialist) and from there I had a more formal interview with my manager and two team leads in which I shared my previous experience and they went in depth into the role itself and the company. Finally I had a third interview with the same people in which I had to do a case study and make a small presentation for them. Overall through the whole process every person was so nice and very open to any questions. The interviews felt more as conversations than a forced meeting. I'm very happy with the result.

Excellent process from start to finish. Very quick, easy and efficient. There are no silly Psychometric tests, they just want to know you as a person and ensure you are right for the position based on experience and knowledge of what really matters.

Interview
It was well-organised they make use of technology from setting up appointment, actual interview, contracts and references, which makes the process go smoothly. Although it was all done remotely, I felt that I could easily reach out to their talent acquisition team as they are all very helpful and friendly.
