Very straight forward, first call with HR and then with team member prior to hiring manager. Process was very clear and people where nice and honest, but maybe I was called for a role that didn't suited my experience.

Interview
The interview process at Lightspeed was every salesperson's dream. Recruiter screen to final interview was fast, without long delays between interviews, and efficient, without unnecessary steps. The primary recruiter, Kim, was very easy to talk to, transparent throughout the process, and quick to follow up after each interview.
