The recruiting process at Mambu GmbH in Berlin was really uncomplicated: I had an interview and began to learn more about new tasks with my predecessor two days later. I had enough time to get used to the new working environment and never felt like I was thrown in at the deep end.

Interview
The whole interview process, including emailing, phone screen and personal interview was very thorough. Clear and well communicated informations about both the company and the role. Friendly, but professional attitude during the interview, followed by quick response/feedback. All in all positive experience.
