Interview
The interview process was very well structured. I had clear communication from Talent Acquisition (Kevin) the whole time and was made to feel valued throughout the whole process. The interview process included HR screen, 1-on-1 with hiring manager and group interview with various team members. The questions were all relevant to the role. Cultural fit is very important in the process.

Question 1
How do you manage the challenge of working together with PMs to convince them of client product request?
The first interview was an intro call with the Talent Acquisition Manager, who was very nice but has since resigned from the company, right before the holidays, and we kept in touch by email until the hiring manager was back in the office. The hiring manager then declined to interview me as my prior job experience was not in sales.
Got sent a calendar invite without asking for a time slot, interviewer was late and I was actually asked to take another role that would've been a downgrade from my current role. Was a waste of my time that I could've used elsewhere.

Interview
A phone screening with recruiter, whole conversation lasted less than 20mins and a scornful one. Recruiter was rude, unprofessional and no constructive information provided nor questions asked. And naturally, no follow up.
