Mambu Engineering Manager - Lending interview questions

I applied for a role in Iasi, Romania several months ago. I was interviewed by someone from Greece who showed up 5 minutes late, didn't apologize but who cares about that? The interview was quite nice and I was impressed that the interviewer was able to keep up with me. In 10 minutes we've gone through all the questions and the interviewer had time to brag a bit about how he used to work as a developer. All the signs pointed towards a good and healthy relationship with Mambu. The interviewer even mentioned at the end of the interview that I qualified for the next phase. I got negative feedback a few days later via email with no justification for what happened. I have tried reaching out to them on several channels to find out what went wrong. I haven't got any reply from them.
