There will be 2 rounds of interview but I only made it to the first.
My experience during the first round was an unpleasant one where one of the two interviewers was hiding behind the screen and the one who conducted the entire interview appeared to be checking off the list of interview questions instead of asking leading questions or making any effort to share on the job role and company. Throughout the session, she seemed to be in a hurry to clear the checklist and showing almost zero interest in the responses I gave.
Thank you for the poor candidate experience. At least I know this is not the kind of experience I would want my candidates to have.
