I applied through college or university. I interviewed at McDonald's (Wolverhampton, Engeland) in Apr 2025
Interview
They were really nice and understanding, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. During the conversation, you just need to focus on talking about moments where you worked as part of a team and how you contributed. For example, you could mention a time during a group project at university where you had to collaborate with others to complete a task, share ideas, and meet deadlines.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? and Why do you want to work here
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

Question 1
What is the most important for you working here? (hygiene, customer services etc)
Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
I applied online. I interviewed at McDonald's (Airway Heights, WA) in Jul 2026
Interview
I saw a few positions open on indeed, did a quick screening, a few days later i came in, went to the front desk and asked for an interview, I was pointed to a table near the counter and a few minutes later a lady came over with a clipboard, it was a pretty positive experience, even if I don't get the job.
