I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MediaMarkt (München, Bavaria) in Jun 2021
Interview
The process started directly with the tech interview. Although I expected an initial HR briefing/introduction before going to the tech part.
Anyway, as soon as the call started, the interviewers(2 people) jumped on frying with questions without wasting a minute.
The second step was to do a take-home coding challenge.
The third step was then a discussion based on the coding challenge and further questions on why I did what I did.
This third step also involved an HR who joined later and that's when the most unprofessional thing happened. Amongst 3 other people in the same call, HR asked for my salary expectations (Talk about confidentiality).

Question 1
Q: There were questions like why you left your previous companies so early, considering that I had stayed at previous companies for "only" 2 years.
