Submitted application through college, and e-mailed back and forth with recruiter. There are multiple recruiters in charge of handling each person, which sometimes could be inefficient. There was a 20-minute interview on campus. The interviewer was really personable and friendly. He gave a little bit of guidance through the problems, but it is best to go faster so he does not need to speed you along.
