I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Sydney) in Apr 2017
Interview
Hiring process was straight forward. Recruiters came to our university's career fair and collected resumes. First round interviews were held on university campus, then invited more candidates to 3-4 onsite interviews. What I liked was that they'd tell you whether you got an offer or not by the end of the day for onsite interviews, rather than making you wait.
