Manager is really looking forward to move on when the candidate fit the job expectations.
Pretty straightforward. First round interview with HR, and then you are able to be progressed to a chat with the team. Then a final round with seniors. So that’s all.
My interview process for the Microsoft internship was incredibly professional and well-structured. The recruiter was very communicative, and the technical interviews were challenging yet fair, focusing on problem-solving skills and foundational computer science knowledge. They genuinely seemed interested in my potential and learning capability. I left feeling energized and positive about the company culture.
