The interviewer asked me about my experience programming in groups, and which teams I was most interested in working with at Microsoft. Surprisingly, there were no questions about Microsoft technologies.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Jan 2008
Interview
Interview process and the people were great. The Recruiter was the best and had the best experience overall from her. Interview panel was some what not very organized as much as I did, and their questions were very programmer related even though I interviewed for a Program Manager that does not touch the code.
