The interview was for SCM dept. It was a 3 step process. The 1st involved shortlisting of candidates. The 2nd process was a generic interview. The questions were asked on previous experience and was generic in nature. Lasted about 30 min. Conducted by sr. Manager scm. This led to another shortlisting. The next round was a detailed interview taken by HOD scm and HOD hr. lasted for about 45 min. Was again based on previous experience and generic in nature.
