I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Tokyo there were multiple interview steps and was pretty lengthy. The application can be made online and there are phone calls as well.

Question 1
Recruiter call and then team member call (technical) and then on-site with 6-8 rounds. The recruiter called and after a week the hiring team member called for technical telephonic. The interview was mostly on ASIC design flow and mainly focussing on the synthesis process and optimizations done by the tool.
