I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mitsubishi (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2018
Interview
Brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview. Phone screening was very general generally talked about past work experience. The in-person interview was not too formal. Generally wanted to know about my background / personality and also how well I work under pressure. Wanted specific examples of problem solving on the job. What they were most concerned about was cultural sensitivity as the office is a very international environment. Also wanted to know how comfortable I am with numbers and how much accounting / invoicing experience I had. Japanese language was also at the time one of the requirements so much of the interview was conducted in Japanese.
