Applied on LinkedIn, was emailed & did a video interview approx 1 week later. The company's approach seems to have gone from a relatively holistic one to being quite aggressive (they have adopted a mantra called "Always Be Shipping")

They mainly asked a lot of questions about my use of AI, as they seem to be very keen on adopting it as soon as possible. Difficult to give a positive response when it hasn't been fully integrated into my previous roles
