I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mollie (Amsterdam)
Interview
Had initial cal with recruiter and then had a home test assignment which didn't go so well. Got a reply from recruiter next day that I didn't pass a threshold score
Started the initial interview where the HR looked pretty interested (also received a follow up mail saying that they were really interested) in my figure to then be ghosted and only after that i asked for some updates i got rejected.

Several questions related to my previous experience.
I did Only hr interview. I did not proceed with the process due to mismatch in salary expectations. Hr person was kind and transparent. It was for a hybrid role in Milan.
There are 3 rounds of interviews in total, after passing the CV screening, the first round is a behavioural interview with the hr, which is probably a further understanding of you and the information on your CV, the second round is a technical interview, which is probably peer coding and a few technical questions, and finally the mollie fit
