First Technical Interview: A detailed discussion of your technical skills related to the role. For finance roles, this could include credit analysis, financial ratios, or case studies involving Moody's rating frameworks. Three-contact process -- first was in contact with the recruiter via email, then had an interview with the direct report, and then another with other managers in that division. Questions were very behavioral and straightforward. Learned a lot about the position during the call.
