My interview was scheduled entirely by, "Sage", Moody’s AI assistant. I never spoke to an actual person. My interview was confirmed and I also received a reminder one hour before, joined the call a few minutes early, and waited 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. The process stripped away the human side of recruiting and left me feeling that my time was not valued. They completely wasted my time and need to do better with their application process.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Moody's (Costa Rica) in Oct 2024
Interview
I applied online through their website and then I got scheduled 1 interview with my now team. They let me know within 2 weeks that I was selected as intern, however, it took like 2-3 months for them to get in contact with me again to give me my first day instructions.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Moody's (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2025
Interview
Possibly the least professional interview process I have ever been apart of. HR utilizes AI to schedule calls, but manages to not show up and needs the candidate to remind them of the call. When I interviewed with the Managers, one Manager would not even turn on her camera for 90% of the call (she was traveling during the Interview) and asked ZERO technical questions. I would stay as far away from this company as humanly possible.
In the movie “The Big Short”, they depict the person working at the Ratings Agency as “blind” having just got done with eye surgery. I would say this is a highly accurate description of the people who work here from a hiring process.
