I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Moody's (San José, ) in Oct 2014
Interview
Easy, two on-site interviews. One with HR (behavioral), another one with managers/VPs (technical). They give you some, or rather like fifty, pages to read at your own leisure regarding the nuts and bolts of the dynamic and very fast paced capital markets. Know your financial statements. And if you can value a company then you will do great for yourself.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (Londen, Engeland) in Apr 2015
Interview
Relatively straight forward interview. I was contacted by a moody's recruiter who saw my cv on a job board. I interviewed in the london offices and spoke to various different members based in New york and london.
All stages of the interview were straight forward and not necessarily hard. It would have been better if the interviews were cut to less stages.
Overall good experience
