3 face to face rounds taken by team members , team leader and the manager . All the questions were related to economy . Little bit of finance related questions. Good discussion round was the third round wherein some business models were asked .

Interview with the recruiter, which was about salary and benefit expectations. Phone Interview with hiring manager. In-person interview with hiring manager, which was more of a performance evaluation followed by two Vice Presidents, one Analyst. Personal questions are asked first to sense style, followed by skills, background, and interests. Overall, they're looking for somebody who will adapt to the bureaucracy. No call backs after 2 and half months. Recruiter's number is disabled.

Sales presentation of a self chosen topic, to a panel of two. In mid-way hiring manager ask to switch between different languages to test language skill. A review of the presentation to follow, and then regular interviews to go through CV history and technical questions on financial risk. Interviewers are professional and polite. Quick to response and feedback on negatives, something not every company will do.
