I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (Hongkong) in Apr 2014
Interview
Was invited by HR to their Super Day along with 5 other candidates
Interview was organised as an intensive round-the-robin 1 on 1 between each analyst and candidate
Interview questions from analysts were varied;
Some were relatively laid back and just asked basic finance/hypothetical questions - others were extremely hard core and asked very technical accounting questions.

Interview
I applied early November 2014 for a Risk Measurement and Modelling graduate position starting in September 2015. They emailed me back in mid February to have the first phone interview. This interview was competency based, so there was no technical question. More than a month later, I was invited to a final stage assessment day which commenced on a first week of April. After I was invited to the Assessment Centre in London which comprised an one hour interview with two senior managers of the RM&M team, three multiple choice tests with numerical, verbal and abstract, and a MD's presentation. There were morning and afternoon sessions in a day, consisting of 11-12 candidates. I attended the afternoon session at 1pm - 6:30pm.
