questions related to rating process itself (irrelevant as nothing to do with job spec for associates and very specific oligopolistic sector knowledge )
1-st phase: pre-screening phone interview (competency (behavioural) based interview)
2-nd phase: Assessment day:
The format of the assessment day will be as follows –
- 1 hour interview - 1 x VP/ Analyst and 1 x Associate Analyst (2 on 1 interview format)
- Written Exercise
- Accounting Test
- Multiple Choice Test
- Sovereign/ Sub-Sovereign Assignment (depending on your Line of Business preference)

Interview
Application online and invited for interview 2 weeks later. The interview was the usual competency based questions and talk through CV and told they will get in touch in 2 weeks time. It is now Feb 2014 and still haven't heard from them at all therefore assume no job offer. Have since been offered job elsewhere.
