First Technical Interview: A detailed discussion of your technical skills related to the role. For finance roles, this could include credit analysis, financial ratios, or case studies involving Moody's rating frameworks. Behavioral Interview: Questions based on the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Examples: "Describe a time you worked under pressure" or "How do you handle conflicting priorities?" Case Study or Presentation: Present a case study or prepare a short presentation on a given topic related to finance, credit, or analytics. Assesses your problem-solving and communication skills. There are four rounds of interviews: recruiter interview, HR manager interview, case study, and Interview with rating associates. The interview questions themselves were average. I recommend you review basic accounting terminology such as B/S, I/S, C/F, their components, and the connection between the three financial statements.
