the interview process was fairly easy, it was a phone screen with basic stuff and then a super day, (2 rounds) 1st one was mostly behavioral and 2nd was mostly technical(understanding the 3 financial statements)

Interview
I had 4 rounds of interviews including the internal recruiter, the hiring manager , their counterpart in another region and the boss of the hiring manager. All interviews went great and it was clearly shown to me I was the right person for the job. I was excited to be part of the process as Moodys has been an employer I pursued before. One week after having the last interview , the recruiter reached out to set up another call with me. I confirmed my availability for the next morning, but never heard from him again. I sent multiple emails to the recruiter but complete radio silence. I even reached out to the hiring manager. Three weeks after I got a message from the recruiter to have a call where I was told that I did not get the job because I did not have enough experience in Financial Services. I was shocked as 1- this never came up in my previous conversations and 2- in the last 20 years all my experience lies in Financial Services. Something that all interviewees found astonishing. Extremely disappointing experience. I was expecting much better from a brand such as Moodys. Complete waste of time!!!

Interview
Face-to-face interview in London. Only one person turned up, the other was on webcam making for a weird dynamic, and left me wondering why I'd bothered to travel so far when we could have completed the interview remotely
