I was interviewed for two rounds. First round was with VP for about 30 minutes where he asked me questions about projects I have worked on. Second round was a technical round where interviewer asked questions about Python, django and few coding related challenges
Many accounting questions such as definitions , but after the accounting questions is a bit easier, the interviewers are really nice but be prepare of the accounting questions. It was a smooth interview
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Moody's (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
Very rushed interview process. Was asked to meet with hiring team on short notice, I.e. asking for availability within same week or within next 48 hours. Interviews were in group settings (2:1), which did not allow opportunity to ask more in-depth questions on the role. Team was very pushy on accommodating them at short notice and went through three rounds in a span of 2.5 weeks. Seemed like lots of cooks in the kitchen, no real opportunity to get down to the real vision for the role.

Question 1
All asked the same question to go over my background and experience as if they did not read my CV in advance. Asked a lot of tactical and situational based questions. Did not spend a lot of time on strategic areas of success.
