Felt more like an interrogation than an interview. Was mainly based on technical questions not everyone will know on top of their head. Panel interviewed by two people. Both took turns asking questions. Was shown one white boarding question.

Convite enviado pelo recrutador e quatro entrevistas com gestores interessados no mesmo dia. Cada dupla de gestores teve meia hora, sendo dois brasileiros e dois estrangeiros. Tudo foi em inglês.

Interview
The usual — recruiter screen, coding test, interview super day. Coding test on LeetCode, 4-hour time limit, nothing out of the ordinary. Interview Super Day with three 1-hour interviews on Zoom. Each interview had 1-2 people from a variety of levels on the team: Managing Director, Hiring Manager, and peers. One hour was too long for both sides: employees and the candidates. Recruiter very open and communicative leading up the Interview Super Day. After Interview Super Day, received no direct follow up from the recruitrer. Found out I was not advancing to an offer via online status in the Moody’s Career Portal which sent no notification about the status change.
