Morningstar Analyst interview questions

Very organized and comfortable. And most importantly had timely updates and did not leave me hanging. They had an aptitude test, followed by an assessment center similar to a group discussion and case study, then manager round and finally HR. One of the best interview processes ever.

Very formal process as expected with this company. The interview process was 3 weeks but only received a response to schedule for one after a month of submitting for the position. I am grateful for the opportunity to interview with Morningstar. The overall process was challenging but a good experience. Everyone was professional and nice. An HR phone Screen, 2 one hour Video Interviews with 2 persons per interview with upper level management\team member (focused on personality/soft skills) and if passed, you move to the 2nd interview with the team lead and senior team member which is heavy on the technical questions. I really got to know the role much better and I think its important that the interview was challenging. The only downside is that I never heard back after the 2nd interview for weeks. And it would be about a month or so later when a standard form rejection email came.
