They interview people. Ask them for ideas. Video record how they do their work then show it to cheaper employees so they can learn from your video. They even bring real life issues to interviews so they can get free solution from you during interview. They don't pay as well either. So don't bother.

It was easy dsa questions and few sql and mostly it was calm and composed interview and i got selected later on same day after giving interview later on hr questions were on how you fit what actions u take and all that
round 1 Is a 30 minute interview with the senior manager, basically does a deep dive into projects and skills in your resume and then technical questions. round 2 Is onsite
I asked the HR contact what type of questions/assessment the interview would consist of, and they said whiteboarding technical problems. The actual interview surprisingly was questions about my experiences instead.
