Initial interview with a member of management, then to a two and a half hour interview process with a presentation about the Morningstar product. While you want to be prepared, in the end all you receive is an automated email from Workday saying that they will not be moving forward so don't go above and beyond, it's not worth it.

Interview
The interview was awesome, very well organized. I had three people interviewing me 30 minutes each and at the end of the interview I had to give a presentation on a case that I was given study material a week ahead before the interview. All together it was very pleasant experience.
