Morningstar MDP Associate interview questions

The interview process is well-structured and consists of three rounds: an online test followed by two interviews. The hiring team takes about a week to respond after each round, and they only communicate if you are selected for the next stage. The entire process takes around 45 days.

The interview process was fine as a whole. Started the process in April 2024. Completed the final round in May 2024. During this final round I heard great responses from everyone saying how they can't wait to see me on their team. After HR went ghost, I sent over 4 emails to Human Resources and never got a response. Several months later still nothing. Very disappointing because I truly wanted to join the company.
