I went through a 5 month length 4 round interview process, only to be left high and dry 6 weeks later with no response from the firm to my application or to my follow-ups. For a firm that takes pride in its culture and its care for its people, these are horrible recruitment practices. Do not waste your time going through the recruitment process.

1. 5 minute pre recorded video 2. 30 minute introduction call with one simple LC question 3. Group Activity for 2 hours concluding with a presentation 4. 4 back to back 30 minute interviews
