Morningstar Project Manager interview questions

Had 6 rounds over 3 weeks Was not able to clear last round with CTO(Ravi) Feedback I got was I didn’t had skill of the work which they are looking into from Ravi Rest earlier 5 were either confused or not sure what happened they selected me. (Sachin, Naresh, Manisha, Will, Krishnan(nice guy to talk to)). HR - need to fix your process as a lot of time was invested by a lot of people. Even the recruiter (Shruti) had invested time. Even HR (Tejinder) - there should be clear expectation set on requirements. Also the last round was supposed to be a casual catch-up and getting such feedback states how much communication gap is there within. Maybe wfh has caused it.
