The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morningstar (Bombay)
Interview
Had 6 rounds over 3 weeks
Was not able to clear last round with CTO(Ravi)
Feedback I got was I didn’t had skill of the work which they are looking into from Ravi
Rest earlier 5 were either confused or not sure what happened they selected me. (Sachin, Naresh, Manisha, Will, Krishnan(nice guy to talk to)).
HR - need to fix your process as a lot of time was invested by a lot of people. Even the recruiter (Shruti) had invested time.
Even HR (Tejinder) - there should be clear expectation set on requirements.
Also the last round was supposed to be a casual catch-up and getting such feedback states how much communication gap is there within. Maybe wfh has caused it.

Interview
Elaborate interviewing process that involves meeting with every level of the company. Was brought in for 2 rounds, meeting with at least 3-4 people each round. Did test my financial knowledge of mutual funds and my technical skills. Each interviewer made a point to challenge me and to not ask the standard interview questions.
