I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morningstar (Bombay) in Jul 2018
Interview
This was a Walkin with about 300 candidates for 20 positions which started with an Online Test followed by a Technical Interview, then HR Interview and ended with a Director Interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morningstar (Vāshi) in May 2018
Interview
It was a walkin at Vashi location. Timings advertised were 9 to 2:30.
There were no less than 200 people who walked in.I must say that the HR managed the show very well. Upon entering we were asked to fill in a sheet, attach the same with resume and deposit at the entry. Half an hour hour later people were called inside for online interview in batches of around 10 people. The online test was English language Grammer , aptitude, browsing through information provided and answering questions on same. 42 questions , timed. Once eveone submitted the test we were asked to sit in a room and soon HR person came and announced the names of those who didn't clear it. I guess only 60% of the population failed, even though it was a simple questionaiire. Personal interview followed where in I was asked about my background etc.
I guess I didn't clear it as I was asked to leave. There we're a couple of guys who were asked to wait may be for final HR round. The entire process took about say 2 1/2 hours.
It's been 10 days no call, so I was no shortlisted. I would have loved to work there. badluck😢
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Morningstar
Interview
Applied through campus recruitment. Along with the application they wanted a writing sample to guage writing/ analytical skills. After going through the initial screening process they called in a for an in person interview. Had a series of interviews at their office. Had to make some stock pitches and had several questions regarding the stock that I pitched. Overall a good interview experience.
