Ik solliciteerde eerst online via ING IM, en na een paar dagen werd ik gecontacteerd door het bedrijf voor een gesprek. Het gesprek duurt in totaal 2 uur, eerste helft met het team, tweede met Personeelszaken. Na ongeveer 20 dagen (excl. vakantie), werd ik geïnformeerd dat ik was aangenomen.

online. they just asked me a bunch of behaviorial questions. This was an unpaid internship. They taught me basics use of microsoft BI and how to intergrate excel into it.

2nd round - case study & excel competency
3rd round - HR
They took about 3-4 weeks to get back with an offer. Interviewers were friendly, which made the whole application process a very pleasant experience.
