NN Group interview questions

I spoke with the manager, very friendly, general questions about me.( why am I a good fit , etc , but very easy ) .Took about 30 minutes . Nice experience

The standard process is 1st interview, then an assessment and a 2nd interview. In my case 1st interview went well and I received the assessment and an appointment for 2nd interview. The recruiter told me that I performed extremely well in the test and the 2nd interview also went well. I was positive that I will get an offer. However the recruiter called me after 2 days that they want to plan a 3rd technical interview also. I said ok. Again after a week they informed that they are going ahead with a different profile and skills on my resume were a bit-dated, which was hilarious as it matched everything they had in the job description. If skills did not match, why two interviews were planned? Poor Experience. It wasted a month of my time. I do not recomment NN.
