2 technical and hr round but it is converted in to never ending interview process:
I cleared both technical rounds and even went through an additional discussion round, after which I was asked to prepare a POC. Despite investing significant time and effort, instead of concluding the process, I kept hearing shifting reasons — new openings, one more round, budget issues — and was eventually rejected. This shows a complete lack of clarity and seriousness from the company’s side.
The entire process dragged on for nearly 2 months, wasted my time, and ended with no respect for the effort I put in. I will not recommend NTT to anyone, as candidates deserve transparency and professionalism, not endless delays, excuses, and ghosting.

Interview
It's a bit awkward, as they're hesitant to give you the offered salary, and they're not directors. The rest of the interview follows a standard format. The interviewer gave me the opportunity to choose the type of work, but he felt somewhat limited in negotiating the salary.
