NTT DATA interview questions

Very disappointing hiring experience. After clearing all interview rounds and receiving positive confirmation regarding selection, I was asked to wait for internal approvals before receiving the official offer. Based on the assurances given by the hiring team, I declined another confirmed opportunity and trusted the process completely. Unfortunately, weeks passed with no offer letter, no accountability, and no proper communication except repeated “approval pending” responses. It is extremely unprofessional for a company to move candidates through the entire recruitment process, create expectations, and then fail to release the joining offer despite selection. The hiring team showed poor coordination, lack of transparency, and zero respect for the candidate’s time and career decisions. Candidates make life-changing decisions based on these commitments, and handling the process so casually is unacceptable. Would strongly advise future candidates not to rely on verbal confirmations until they have the official offer in hand.

Entrevista con RH muy larga, a profundidad. Tal vez la entrevista que más me ha hecho cuestionarme sobre mi forma de pensar y actuar. Fue un reto interesante. Sin embargo el proceso tuvo algunas fallas en la comunicación interna al contradecirse. Cuando ya pensé que me harían una oferta, después de semanas de esperar, me enviaron un correo muy impersonal agradeciendo mi tiempo y cerrando el proceso sin dar mucha explicación.
