Then, a different HR representative contacted me for the same position, but for another team. A few months later—around two to three months, yet another HR person reached out to me again, still for the same role. It felt like there was little to no internal coordination, which was surprising. I even had to tell them that I had already been interviewed previously, and they were unaware of it.
The last time they contacted me, they said it was for yet another team. I agreed to move forward, but after that, I never heard back from them no feedback, no follow-up, not even a rejection email. The whole process took a long time and left me with a negative impression. Not receiving any response after putting in time and effort is disappointing and, in my opinion, unprofessional.

Interview
I was contacted by NTT Data for the position of Payroll Director and completed an interview with them in May 2025. Since then, I have received no feedback or communication regarding the outcome of the process. This silence is both unprofessional and disrespectful.
After dedicating time to prepare and participate in the interview, it is reasonable to expect at least some form of response, whether positive or negative. The complete lack of follow-up shows a disregard for candidates’ time and effort, and it damages the company’s reputation as an employer. Prompt and transparent communication is a basic courtesy in recruitment, and failing to provide it reflects poorly on NTT Data’s hiring practices.
I hope the company improves its candidate experience by ensuring timely feedback in the future.
