NTT DATA Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process what a generic technical capabilities test. They gave me a link where I had to solve 4 technical problems similar to the ones on leetcode (2 hours time). After that it was a short dicussion with HR where we discussed about myself, past projects, technologies, what I like most in this field and of course more details about the company.

The interview took place remotely via MS Teams with a person from HR as well a project manager. After introductions from both sides, they asked questions. These had a strong focus on soft skills and interpersonal preferences. After that, we discussed what the employment would look like on a day to day basis. Lastly, we discussed a possible starting date as well as compensation.
