NTT DATA Software Engineer interview questions

I got a call from third part consultants for scheduling interview with NTT DATA .and i attend interview in NTT they conducted 2 tests as 1.aptitude test 2.java test i cleared both test and Hr told me panel is not available now so we have call for next round.but they told later actually the position full filled with someone . they should not tell like this without taking my next round

First round was face to face...inteview level was very difficult ....company is very untidy ....looks like government office... They Dont know how to conduct interview for Java developer...f. Gg hv h jh hv
