There he asked some question about c, c++ and after clearing this i went to the last round i.e; here i was again asked with the questions and he also asked like what will do for our company. in this way the whole process has done.
Fresher Campus Recruitment drive
The team of HRs was good. The whole process of their three rounds was done in a day after AMCAT scores and all.The questions were good Mostly Regarding Java and DBMS in tech HR
The GD was general. The HR interview was a discussion on the project done strengths and weaknesses and justifications
The offer letter was issued in the evening
But Call letter isn't issued yet HR doesn't respond well to calls Mails or messages
Hopefully the call letters in future will be given as early as possible
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Coimbatore) in Mar 2012
Interview
For me, it was a Campus Recruitment drive. First round was a normal Aptitude round, nothing fancy.
After that was a Group Discussion that was basic at best. Then there was a Technical round that involved technical questions from all the languages that I had listed on my resume. This was followed by the General HR round that was simply a long conversation with a seasoned HR guy, might unravel some jobseekers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Two things - 1) If you list many computer languages on your resume, be sure that you know something about all of them
2) In the Final HR round, try to be inventive and fresh with your answers, don't stick to cliched answers.
