Navan Engineering Management interview questions

Call with HR was pretty standard, no red flags. Hiring manager clearly had no interest in talking. Wasn't paying attention and quick to criticize my answers. When I asked about accomplishing goals, their answer was that's up to you. I only care about results, not how you get them. Pretty telling sign and lines up with Blind and Glassdoor reviews on leadership. Mentioned quick follow up that never happened. No rejection email.
