Contacted very shortly by the recruiter, had an interesting conversation and then invited for the initial interview with the hiring manager, followed by a system design and product mgt interview, after passing them, I was supposed to meet the CTO, but then I was scheduled for a call with an engineer from the US campus, after 14 days of silence, they responded they would like to continue with another round of the same interview, it was about leadership skills, after I was done with the interview, I didn't receive any updates , contacted the recruiter who promised to give feedback asap, still didn't happen.
After investing such an amount of time and conducting the interview in the evening, so that it is more time zone friendly for interviewers in the states, I was expecting at least a min. of respect to reply to the emails and give feedback whatever the result is, very frustrating experience, though I had very good conversation with the team.

Quick HR talk. Zoom with the hiring manager, then 2 behavioral interviews via Zoom. None of the meetings started on time and then after 3 hours long conversations, a rejection email for this specific role. Wasn't offered an alternative position.

Good mix of technical, people management, and project management subjects. People were nice to talk with. Good TA team - prompt and easy to coordinate with. People are passionate about the company and are keen on turning the COVID corner.
