I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (Palo Alto, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process was quick, yet flexible. They are looking for very talented sales people who can prove they have a growth mindset. I first met with a recruiter who went through the normal qualification questions and detail, I then had a call with the sales director and head of recruiting (over the phone), after that I had an onsite interview with the CEO and Sales Director.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is an example of a time you did not success and how did you overcome that?
The interview process was substantially flawed, characterized by:
1. Excessive duration and lack of clear procedural organization
2. Minimal value for candidates uncertain about their career trajectory
Recommendation: Pursue this interview process only if you have a definitive commitment to the organization.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Navan (Berlijn) in Feb 2025
Interview
Très long, pour deux offres même en ayant été recommandé, le process total a duré presque 9 semaines.. 4-5 entretiens dont un case study assez compliqué à préparé pour à la fin avoir reçu une réponse négative après tout ce temps investi dans le processus de recrutement.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Navan (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
The first call was with VP of Sales. Second interview was with Sales Manager. Third interview was with Solutions Engineer. The interview after that was scheduled to be with CRO but they cancelled it after my interview with the Solutions Engineer and ghosted me when I asked for feedback and thanked them for their time.
