Interview
The first call was a screening call with a recruiter. He was very personable and put me at ease. Asked a few light questions then a few hardball questions but all in all, it was an easy call.
2 rounds of interview 1- with recruiting Manger - easy going interview 2- Hiring Manager - Asked about previous experience, some tricky situational questions. Overall a good experience. They were more inclined towards a candidate who has worked with cross functional teams before and shown examples of leadership
