Recruiter asked for availability in order to schedule the call with hiring manager, and completely ignored avaiabilities and scheduled for a different time slot. The call with VP of Engineering scheduled two times and he didnt showed up in neither of them. I can not imaging how it would be working in such a disrespectful environement that VP of Engineering is so ignorance.
