Interview
Only had one call and was then given feedback they were not going to continue with the process. Not a problem as I don’t think it was a fit for me. With that being said the recruiter was very rushed/disorganized from the jump.
Recruiter screen, then a hiring manager call, followed by a case study, and finally an onsite interview with five rounds focused primarily on behavioral questions and overall candidate fit. Overall was a pretty long process

Interview
The interview process was very standard and professional. It included the usual steps you would expect, such as general conversation and basic questions about background and experience. Nothing stood out as unusual or unexpected.
The interview process involved an initial HR screening, followed by a detailed conversation with the VP. I then delivered a formal presentation, participated in five meetings, and engaged in cultural and peer interviews to assess team fit and collaboration style
