I was contacted by a recruiter via email that they would like to move forward in the interview process.
They sent me a link so that I could submit my availability which I sent over immediately.
3 days had passed and there was no word from the recruiter so I sent a follow up email asking for a followup.
No response email and a few days after I was sent an email saying they will not move forward in the interview process.
I have never seen such a high level of UNPROFESSIONALISM in my life.
Clearly this company does not have adequate or reliable employees and they saved me the trouble.
Recruiter screen, then a hiring manager call, followed by a case study, and finally an onsite interview with five rounds focused primarily on behavioral questions and overall candidate fit. Overall was a pretty long process

Interview
The interview process was very standard and professional. It included the usual steps you would expect, such as general conversation and basic questions about background and experience. Nothing stood out as unusual or unexpected.
The interview process involved an initial HR screening, followed by a detailed conversation with the VP. I then delivered a formal presentation, participated in five meetings, and engaged in cultural and peer interviews to assess team fit and collaboration style
