I went through 4 interviews with various managers before getting totally ghosted. There was a strong impression that the work-life balance would be poor. I got the feeling the expectation was to "live to work" which didn't sit well with me,

They will ask you to come in the office and probe quite a bit to get a feel for how dedicated you are to work vs. home.
